Customer Fleet Care Officer - m/f - permanent contract - full-time

Main responsibilities

  • Monitoring the collection and return of vehicles in the presence of members and customers
  • Providing members and customers with all necessary information regarding the vehicles
  • Understanding and explaining the terms and conditions of the rental agreements
  • Ensuring that vehicles comply with legal requirements (insurance, MOT, etc.)
  • Planning and supervising maintenance work: inspections, repairs and technical checks
  • Adapting vehicles to seasonal conditions (tyres, equipment, etc.)
  • Ensuring the safe use of vehicles (checking tyres, fluid levels, etc.)
  • Monitoring and ensuring the good general condition of the fleet
  • Organising the handover and return of vehicles to members and customers
  • Carrying out interior and exterior cleaning and preparing rental vehicles

Required profile

  • Ability to work independently whilst enjoying teamwork
  • Strong sense of service and customer focus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics (a DAP in mechanics is an advantage)
  • Class B driving licence required
  • Fluency in Luxembourgish, French and German (any additional languages are an advantage)
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanour
  • Personal qualities: friendliness, punctuality, attention to detail, flexibility and team spirit
