ACL Club Manager – M/F – Permanent, Full-Time

The ACL Club Manager ensures that the benefits and experiences offered are relevant and attractive, develops high-quality partnerships and oversees the overall management of the activity in coordination with the existing teams. The role takes a 360° approach to partnerships, leveraging the ACL’s various touchpoints (Autotouring, digital channels, newsletters, events, content, on-site activations, etc.) to develop consistent, value-creating initiatives for both members and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the ACL Club offering and member experience

  • Build and continuously develop the portfolio of offers and experiences, ensuring that they are attractive, relevant and differentiated for members;
  • Identify members’ expectations and new opportunities to increase the value of the Club;
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of partners and offers with the ACL’s positioning and values.

Develop and enhance partnerships

  • Identify and develop, together with the sales team, partnerships that create value for both members and the ACL;
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and develop existing collaborations;
  • Develop a 360° approach by leveraging, together with the relevant teams, the ACL’s various channels, content and events.

Manage and coordinate the ACL Club activity

  • Oversee the overall management of the activity, define priorities and coordinate their implementation by leveraging the existing teams;
  • Bring together and engage the various internal and external stakeholders around the development and activation of the Club;
  • Ensure smooth coordination and high-quality execution of offers, partnerships, experiences and activations.

Monitor performance and drive the Club’s development

  • Monitor the Club’s key performance indicators: member engagement, offer usage, satisfaction, partners and revenue;
  • Manage the budget and contribute to achieving the commercial objectives of the activity;
  • Define and implement the Club’s development roadmap and identify new growth opportunities.

Profile

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, marketing and/or customer experience;
  • Strong sensitivity to member experience and the ability to develop value-creating offers;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and decision-makers;
  • Ability to manage an activity independently, set priorities and take the necessary initiatives to drive its development;
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate and engage various stakeholders across the organisation without direct line-management responsibility;
  • Good understanding of media, digital, events and activation environments;
  • Comfortable working with figures, KPIs and business performance management;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, autonomy and strong results orientation;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage.
