Key responsibilities

  • Physical reception and orientation of members, customers
  • Management of theClubmobil fleet of vehicles and rentals.
  • Reserving cars abroad
  • Follow-up of rental contracts and small-scale invoicing
  • Processing claims files
  • Advice and information on alternative motorisations
  • Information and explanations to be given on vehicle operation

Profile required

  • Level 13èmetechnical, CATP or equivalent
  • Proven experience in reception and administrative management, a grounding in accounting or invoicing is a plus
  • Languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, English. Any other language is an asset
  • Mastery of IT tools
  • A heightened sense of service and customer relations,
  • Discretion, rigour, flexibility, team spirit
  • Willingness to work Mo-Fr (07:00/19:00) on Saturdays (09:00/13:00)
