What grants are available for an electric car in Luxembourg?

The Luxembourg government supports the purchase of 100% electric vehicles (BEV) through the Klimabonus Mobilitéit. Conventional hybrids (HEV) and plug-in hybrids (PHEV) are not eligible for this grant.

Purchase of a 100% electric vehicle

Grant	Main conditions
€6,000	100% electric car consuming ≤ 160 Wh/km, or a vehicle with at least 7 seats if the applicant belongs to a household of at least 5 people; or a 100% electric van
€3,000	100% electric car consuming ≤ 180 Wh/km; or ≤ 200 Wh/km if the maximum power of the propulsion system is ≤ 150 kW
€1,500	Used 100% electric car or van at least 3 years old

Grants for installing a private charging station
