A dispatcher - M/F - CDI - Full-time

Main responsibilities

• Dispatching of breakdown or towing operations
• Monitoring operations and liaising with external and internal breakdown mechanics/towing companies
• Manage the priorities of operations according to defined criteria
• Organising the time management of internal breakdown mechanics/drivers as part of the daily work schedule

Your profile

• Excellent skills in the field of logistics
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Luxembourg and the surrounding area
• Mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Language skills (LUX, FR, ALL)
• Ability to deal with telephone calls
• Organisational and planning skills
• Stress resistance
• Ability to adapt to circumstances
• Ability to assess a situation and make an appropriate decision
