At its General Assembly on 3 June 2021, the Automobile Club du Luxembourg presented its activity report.
In a 2020 marked by the pandemic, the ACL worked tirelessly to support its members showing solidarity with all Luxembourgers through its efforts.
The trends showed a predilection for private cars, bikes (+60% Bike Assistance cards) and electric cars, validating the ACL’s position as Luxembourg's leading mobility service provider. In 2020 ACL passed the 190,000-member threshold representing a further increase of 1.55% year-on-year.
Figures also show that our members increasingly continue to opt for the “Europe” card (164,289) rather than the “Luxembourg” card (25,661) therefore choosing roadside assistance that extends beyond national borders.
By ensuring greater visibility across social media, the ACL maintains close contact with younger members and the international community while continuing to retain its long-standing members.
Many thanks to all ACL members for placing your trust in us.
