Join us as a Project Manager Operations & Transformation and help to structure, coordinate and implement projects that improve our operational processes in the long term.
Your role
Working directly with the Head of Operations, you will collaborate with teams from Operations, IT (ICT), PMO, Quality and support functions.
Your main task is to structure and coordinate projects that impact operations, ensuring that the implemented solutions are useful, efficient and adapted to on-site conditions.
You will play a key role as a link between the project teams and the operational teams.
Your responsibilities
Managing and coordinating projects
- Contributing to projects that impact operations, from the conception phase through to implementation.
- Assisting in defining business requirements and structuring solutions in collaboration with the IT and project teams.
- Coordinating the various teams involved in the projects.
- Monitoring project progress: deadlines, risks, dependencies.
- Setting up dashboards and reporting systems for project monitoring.
Building bridges between business teams and IT teams
- Ensuring that the requirements of the operational teams are properly understood.
- Translating business requirements for the project and IT teams.
- Ensuring that the implemented solutions are adapted to operational processes.
Supporting the introduction of new tools and processes
- Supporting teams during the introduction of new systems or tools.
- Organising information, training and feedback sessions.
- Ensuring that the changes are well received by the teams.
Improving operational processes
- Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with operational managers and key business users.
- Contributing to increased efficiency and the simplification of processes.
Integration of new clients
- Participating in the operational integration of new clients or partners.
- Coordinating the necessary adjustments to processes and tools.
- Ensuring consistency between client requirements, operational procedures and invoicing.
Your profile
Experience
- Initial experience in project management, business analysis or process optimisation
- Experience in an environment with multiple teams or stakeholders
- Interest in operational processes and their optimisation
Skills
- Ability to structure and coordinate projects
- Analytical thinking and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage change and bring teams together
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Education
Degree with 3 to 5 years of study in a field such as:
- Business Administration or Management
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Organisational Development
- or a similar field
2 to 5 years’ professional experience is ideal, but motivated career starters with high learning potential are also welcome.
