In the event of repatriation, the vehicle and its occupants will be repatriated to Luxembourg (within the limits and amounts indicated in our general conditions).

The ACL roadside service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be contacted by telephone on (+352) 26000. It responds to breakdowns or accidents involving vehicles (cars, trailers, motorbikes) weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.

In Luxembourg, 2 breakdown or towing operations per year are free of charge; a 3rd operation is invoiced at 50% of the current rate (depending on the distance and the time of the operation – night, Sunday, public holiday). Any additional intervention will be invoiced at 100%.
