The Management Committee

ACL is made up of an Executive Committee, a team that organises the execution of the organisation’s vision, strategy and policies.

The members of the Executive Committee work collectively to establish the organisation’s long-term objectives, develop and implement strategies to achieve them, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the organisation’s sustainability.

The Board of Directors

Yves Wagner, President of ACL

Chaired by Dr. Yves Wagner, ACL’s Board of Directors is responsible for approving major strategic directions, appointing senior executives, and overseeing the overall management of the company.

It is made up of 13 people bringing to ACL a rich diversity of experience to best govern the organisation.
