More than a dozen motorcycle clubs from all over the country chose, at the beginning of July, to come together at the Maison du Motard on the initiative of the Automobile Club du Luxembourg (ACL) to promote the interests of motorcycle users. "Sharing the road with other road users, promoting good motorbike practices, preventing the risk of accidents and organising trainings and driving courses are some of the missions that the Maison du Motard has undertaken", says its coordinator, Daniel Gliedner. As an illustration of this, just a few days after the project was finalised, a first training session took place at the ACL on the Mondercange site. For four days, the trainers of tomorrow were supervised and trained to pass on their knowledge in the clubs and to their peers. For this occasion, the ACL invited an internationally renowned expert to give courses to 7 trainers who will in turn be able to pass on their knowledge during sessions to follow in the coming months.
