Administrative Secretary – permanent contract – part-time – ACL Sport (Mondercange)

Your role
As an administrative secretary, you will ensure that administrative tasks run smoothly and act as the central point of contact for members, partners and internal teams. You will contribute to a smooth flow of communication and the careful handling of processes.
Your responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and handling post and emails
- Ensuring the administrative processing of tasks and correspondence
- Managing registrations, licences and member relations
- Ensuring administrative coordination with teams, officials and partners
- Assisting with the administrative organisation of sporting activities and events
- Ensuring the filing and archiving of documents
Your profile
- Completion of lower or upper secondary education, ideally in an administrative field (DT, DAP or equivalent)
- Excellent language skills: Luxembourgish, French, German and English (required)
- Good knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office)
