Bike and e-bike training
Bike school for all
To learn or relearn how to ride a bike
ACL offers, through its "Maison du Cycliste" structure, courses in (re)getting back in the saddle and in preventive driving.
Objectives:
Get the most hesitant of you (back) in the saddle by accompanying you and reassuring you.
Introduce you to the electrically assisted bicycle and allow you to grasp all its particularities.
Develop your sense of circulation on the road.
How do we do this?
First of all, we evaluate your level and the degree of apprehension by asking you questions. We explain the specificities of the different types of bikes, especially the e-bike.
Then, we remind you of the rules that apply to drivers of bicycles or electric bikes, how to put them into practice and respect them, and explain the points to watch out for.
Then, after some technical advice, we check the bikes and their safety equipment. We get in the saddle for some agility exercises.
Finally, we set off on the road to discover the pleasure of riding an e-bike and put the advice given into practice.
Duration: 4 hours
Price per person: €109 for ACL members
(Price for non-members: €196)
