What if your age were more than just your date of birth?

With ODYSSÉE, MONDORF Domaine Thermal offers a personalised 24-week programme designed to help you better understand your physical condition, take action for your health, and establish healthier habits for the long term.

The programme begins with a Technogym Check Up, a scientific assessment that analyses six essential areas:

  • mobility
  • balance
  • body composition
  • cognitive abilities
  • strength
  • endurance

These data are used, among other things, to determine your Wellness Age™, an indicator of your biological age, and to set goals adapted to your individual situation.

Professional support and top-level motivation!

Physical activity, nutrition and support from health experts are combined to help you progress at your own pace.

The programme brings together the expertise of sports coaches and dietitians, with individual appointments and follow-up sessions designed to measure your progress and maintain your motivation.

After an initial 12-week phase focused on establishing new habits, an interim assessment with a sports coach and a nutritionist allows your progress to be evaluated and your goals adjusted if necessary.

The following 12 weeks are dedicated to consolidating these habits and gradually becoming more independent.

At the end of the programme, a new assessment measures your progress and allows you to compare your initial and final Wellness Age™.

Whether you want to regain your energy, get back into physical activity, improve your fitness, manage your weight more effectively, or simply maintain your health, ODYSSÉE provides you with practical guidance to take action today for better health tomorrow.
