Can you tell us a little about your individual mobility assistance programme?

Stéphanie Jauquet: Of course, our programme aims to guarantee the mobility and safety of all our employees. It offers everyone personalised assistance in the event of a transport problem, whether it’s a car breakdown or a travel mishap.

How is this programme perceived by employees?

The feedback has been very positive. Our employees really appreciate this extra-legal benefit. They feel supported in their daily journeys, which contributes to their well-being at work. What’s more, in addition to the cover, employees enjoy benefits from a large number of ACL partners in the hotel, car and leisure sectors, etc.

What impact has this programme had on your company?

We have seen a reduction in delays and absences due to transport problems. This translates into increased productivity. What’s more, this programme reinforces our image as an employer who cares about the well-being of its employees.

What advice would you give to a company considering implementing this programme?
