Vintage car enthusiasts will be delighted to hear that the Automobile Club’s traditional Ascension Day outing, the ACL Classic Tour, will be taking place once again this year on the 21
st of May.
As every year on Ascension Day, the ACL is organizing a drive for vintage car enthusiasts looking to explore another picturesque part of Luxembourg. The 2020 edition of the event will see participating vehicles, old-timers of every make and model, attracting a great deal of admiration as they gather at the start and indeed right along the route.
Members of the public will be able to see these magnificent collector’s cars depart from the ACL in Bertrange.
The event provides participants with an opportunity not only to show off their beautiful machines but also to check out other vintage cars and meet other enthusiasts.
The ACL patrol team, riding in a 1980 Peugeot 504 Break, will accompany participants throughout the day to ensure that these unpredictable cars are running as they should to reach their destination safely.
Registration for this wonderful excursion will close on the 10
th of April and numbers are limited, so don’t wait too long!
