Changes in ACL general terms and conditions

Repair / Recovery – Rescue: vehicles up to 10 m in length.

Good news! ACL has made changes to its general terms and conditions and services in Luxembourg with a view to serving you ever better: The ACL roadside service operates every day, 24/7. If you break down in Luxembourg, the ACL will send a mechanic out to you to repair your vehicle. If repair isn’t possible, the ACL will now arrange for the towing of vehicles up to 10 m in length (as opposed to the 6 m previously). This service is open to Luxembourg and Europe membership card holders.

Procedure for the reimbursement of game damage.

If a vehicle driven by a member hits wild game on the road in Luxembourg, the ACL will reimburse up to € 500 (per year) for any damages not covered by the insurance policy. For this, a declaration must be sent into the ACL indicating the date, time and place of the collision. In addition, a few photos are required as well as a detailed invoice from the garage mechanic and a declaration from the insurance company stating the damages not covered.
