ACL App: eCall mobile: assistance at your fingertips
Even if you have made the best possible preparations and taken all the necessary precautions, the unexpected, such as a breakdown, could still happen. In this case, contact ACL at +352 26000 or using the ACL app. Use the eCall mobile function to contact our assistance centre directly and your call will be given priority. In addition, you can enter your membership card and your vehicle information before your trip. This information will then be sent to our staff in charge of your case during the call, which will considerably shorten the time needed for the call. The app also allows geolocation abroad (provided this is activated on your phone), so we can offer you even more efficient assistance. So even if you’re in an unfamiliar location and don’t know how to describe where you are exactly, it will be easy for our staff to send help to your location.

Health, luggage, cancellation: Insurance for all circumstances
The unexpected can happen to anyone. Better make sure you have adequate insurance to avoid unpleasant surprises - especially in the current situation.
ACL offers comprehensive health and travel insurance in cooperation with DKV Luxembourg. This insurance covers risks that may occur during a trip abroad that are not covered by statutory health insurance, such as medical services, drugs and dressings, hospitalisation costs, surgical procedures, dental care aimed at relieving pain and temporary fillings, and many other benefits. Members can choose between two options: Touring for annual cover or Voyage for 7 to 99 days’ cover.
New: In cooperation with Bâloise Assurances, ACL offers its members cancellation and baggage insurance. These policies can be taken out together or separately. Simply calculate the cover you need on the ACL website and you can take out short-term cover for a single trip or for the whole year.
