We can’t stress enough the fact that winter really takes its toll on our cars, and whilst spring is the perfect time to get your vehicle checked out and give it the care and attention it needs, the fact remains that many owners wait until they are about to embark on a long journey before doing so.

With mobility at the heart of our members’ concerns and given that no-one is immune when it comes to a breakdown, the ACL would recommend that you download the free ACL App to accelerate the assistance and recovery process whenever you may need it and wherever you may be. Simply press the eCall mobile button and you will be put through directly to the ACL Support Centre.

eCall mobile is also practical tool to have should you run into trouble with your bike.

In the event of material damage, a puncture or an electrical failure, e-bikes, traditional bikes and other types of cycle are now also covered by the ACL's assistance service.
This service is free to active members and allows the cyclist to call out a breakdown mechanic 24/7, simply by pressing the eCall Mobile button. The ACL’s emergency response vehicles are also fitted with a mobile electric recharging terminal and are able to transport faulty bikes. The service covers the whole of Luxembourg and anywhere within a 50km radius of the border. Furthermore, the eCall mobile function automatically sends your location information to the ACL Support Centre, making it quicker and easier to get you the assistance you need.

The ACL App also offers the following 3 additional functions that users will find useful:
  • traffic information (including a road map highlighting the locations of accidents, traffic jams, roadworks and cameras);
  • the latest news and developments from the ACL; and
  • a digital membership card (ACL members only).

So what are you waiting for – download the ACL App now!
The ACL App enables you to obtain fast and efficient assistance by pinpointing your location at the press of a button. The ACL App is available on Google Play and in the App Store.
